This is the new, sturdier TailSok tip that comes with the current TailSok frames. While the old tip was simple and easily field repairable, it didn't always grip the tubes well. This new tip solves that problem, and really keeps things together and in place. Mounting and removing the sock and frame are easier than ever.
If you have a Pop Rivet tool and are reasonably experienced using it, installing this new tip will be straightforward. If you don't have a good Pop Rivet tool, or don't wish to install a new tip yourself, contact us for rebuilding/replacement options.
