Important update to the shipment size requirement!

Starting January 1, 2017, the new shipment size requirement to earn TerraCycle points is 7 lbs. This means you must ship over 7 lbs to earn TerraCycle points in this program. By encouraging larger shipments through this program, we can help reduce fuel costs and create an even smaller environmental footprint. It's just one more way we can join together to make this program an even bigger win for the environment.

While you wait for more slots to become available in this program, we encourage you to look at our Baby Food Pouches Zero Waste Box

How it works

Participating is completely free and very easy.

What you can recycle in this program

Program accepted waste: Baby and toddler food pouches and caps

Note: Ella’s Kitchen TetraPak containers are not accepted in this program. If you would like to learn how you can recycle Ella’s Kitchen TetraPak containers, please click here.

Best practices for recycling

In order to recycle this waste stream properly, please make sure all excess product has been removed (i.e. leftover baby food). Additionally, if you choose to rinse your product, please note that it must be completely dry prior to shipping. You cannot ship dripping packages.

What happens to the waste

Once collected, the pouches and caps are cleaned and extruded into new polymers that will be remolded to make recycled products. Click here to learn more about the recycling process.

TerraCycle Points

TerraCycle points can be redeemed for a variety of charitable gifts, product bundles, or a payment of $0.01 per point to the non-profit organization or school of your choice. To learn more about our points program, click here.
