Join this program to collect at home and recycle as a private location or an individual.
TerraCycle and Rodan + Fields have partnered to create a recycling program for all of your empty R+F product containers to minimize our environmental footprint.
Alternatively, if you would like to be listed as a Community Collection Hub and collect for the public, you can head to this page to join.
COLLECT AS A PRIVATE LOCATION
If you are unable to become a Community Collection Hub and be listed on our map as a public location, you can still send us your used Rodan + Fields products as a private location! You can collect on your own or with your friends & family, school or workplace. This option enables you to collect with a group of people without being listed on our Community Collection Hub map.
To sign up as a private collector please follow these steps:
Join the program by clicking the button at the top of this page.
When you've collected a couple of months' worth of packaging and are ready to ship your waste to us, head to your profile to download a free shipping label for this program.
Affix your shipping label to your package and bring it to your closest Australia Post.
Be featured on the TerraCycle map so individuals in your community can find your location to drop off their waste. Head here to join as a Community Collection Hub.
All Rodan + Fields product containers
NOTE: Please do not send in paper or cardboard product packaging, please place these items in your kerbside recycling bin. This program does not collect any electronic devices such as the Pore Cleansing MD Tool or AMP-MD Derma-Roller.
To reduce the environmental impacts of transportation from this recycling program, please collect 2.5 kilos or more of R+F product containers before you ship.
Make sure as much remaining product has been removed as possible (i.e. leftover serum or cream). Additionally, if you choose to rinse your product containers, please note that they must be completely dry prior to shipping. Australia Post will not accept dripping packages.
Once collected, empty product containers are sorted, cleaned and melted into plastic pellets that can be remolded to make new products. Click here to learn more about the recycling process.
