How it works

Participating is simple and free.

Once you have joined the program and are ready to send in a shipment, download a shipping label by clicking the green "Ship us your waste" box above and follow the prompts. Your shipping label will be emailed to your inbox. Print out your label and tape it securely onto your box then call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to schedule a next-day pickup.

What you can recycle

All Rodan + Fields product containers

NOTE: Please do not send in paper or cardboard product packaging. Check for local recycling solutions. This program does not collect any electronic devices such as the Pore Cleansing MD Tool or AMP-MD Derma-Roller.

Recycling guidelines

To reduce the environmental impacts of transportation from this recycling program, please collect two (2) kilos or five (5) pounds or more of R+F product containers before you ship.

Make sure as much remaining product has been removed as possible (i.e. leftover serum or cream). Additionally, if you choose to rinse your product containers, please note that they must be completely dry prior to shipping. UPS will not accept dripping packages.

What happens to your recyclables

Once collected, the Rodan + Fields product containers are sorted, cleaned and melted into plastic pellets that can be remolded to make new products. Click here to learn more about the recycling process.
