Recycle your empty Kiehl's products and skin care plastic packaging
TerraCycle® and Kiehl's have partnered to create a free recycling programme for all empty Kiehl's products and skin care plastic packaging.
To learn more, please take a look at the "How It Works" section below.
Participating is completely free and very easy. Find your closest participating Kiehl's store on the map above and bring in your Kiehl's products and skincare plastic packaging to be recycled.
Please check out our Accepted Waste Poster below for more details.
Once collected, the plastic waste is shredded, washed and then pelletized. These pellets can be used for a number of moulded rigid plastic products like benches, or used as film for products such as rubbish bags.
Stores participating in the programme will earn TerraCycle® points in return for the parcels of empty Kiehl's products and skin care plastic packaging sent to TerraCycle®. The points will be redeemed as financial donations to Hubbub, the charity chosen by Kiehl's. The more waste recycled, the larger the donation will be!
On top of that, you can get up to 10% off a Kiehl's product of your choice, or a complimentary travel size product, when you return empty Kiehl's products and skin care plastic packaging through the Kiehl's loyalty card stamp scheme.
Kiehl's are committed to creating a more sustainable future by reducing the amount of waste that goes into landfill. Kiehl's now offer a full recycling service for your empty Kiehl’s products.
