Public Relations Executive (English Speaking)

The company seeks to hire an English-speaking Public Relations Executive to support the development and execution of high quality media campaigns. This entails promoting the TerraCycle story, www.terracycle.co.uk and www.terracycle.ie platforms / numerous free recycling programmes and the sponsors as well as supporting TerraCycle’s broader communication strategy across Europe.

What is TerraCycle?

Operating in 21 countries (including 12 in Europe), TerraCycle is a world leader in the recycling of generally non-recyclable waste, such as pens, snack wrappers, baby food pouches, beauty product packaging, home care product packaging and even the likes of cigarette butts and marine plastics. We create collection and recycling solutions systems for products / packaging which would otherwise be sent to incineration or landfill. To achieve this objective, we partner with some of the most recognizable brands and retailers in the world, including BIC, Pepsico, Kellogg’s, L’Oréal, Procter & Gamble and JDE, amongst dozens of others.

Across 2018 and so far in 2019 TerraCycle has launched a number of exciting new recycling schemes in Europe.  In the UK this includes the likes of 1st time recycling solutions for crisp packets and cans, toothbrushes and toothpaste tubes, pet food packaging, water filters, disposable gloves and contact lenses.  A number of exciting new recycling programme launches are already scheduled across 2019.
