Orders are shipped within two to three working days unless otherwise communicated once the order has been received.
You shall first send us a refund request in writing to customersupport@terracycle.co.uk before proceeding to any returns. We will answer to your request within three working days. Upon our approval, that shall not be unreasonably withheld, you can proceed to return.
As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns subject to the rules below to the following address:

If you return an item requesting a refund within 14 days of receiving it, we’ll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method. The item must be shipped back to TerraCycle UK Ltd at your own cost.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above unless agreed at our sole discretion. If you try to make a return which we did not agree to after the relevant return period, we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
All returned items should be sent in their original condition, and packaging where possible.
