Recycle your facial skincare packaging through this programme
Return shipping labels are no longer available for the Emma Lewisham Beauty Circle programme via TerraCycle. If you have already downloaded your shipping label please send your packaging back to us so that it arrives before the 30th September. The Emma Lewisham Beauty Circle is officially changing as they move towards a 100% circular-designed business model in the beauty industry. As of the 30th of September 2021, Emma Lewisham will take back all of their products and packaging materials directly.
Participating in your home or business is completely free and very simple to do.
Accepted waste: Any brand of facial skincare packaging listed below:
• Plastic bottles, tubes and pots.
• Lids, droppers, pumps and pots
• Glass bottles and jars (see conditions)
Conditionally accepted: Clear and coloured glass packaging. Please first check with your local council, as it may already be kerbside recyclable in your region. Otherwise, you may include it in your collections for this programme.
• Sachets and sheet masks
• Cardboard external packaging (place in kerbside recycling)
• Makeup or other beauty products outside of the facial skincare category
Please remove any excess product before sending it to us for recycling.
Once collected, the beauty product packaging is sorted, cleaned and melted into pellets that can be remoulded to make new recycled products. Click here for more information about our recycling process.
Return, Recycle, Reward. We have to give plastic a second life. The Emma Lewisham Beauty Circle requires you to send a minimum of four products at a time for recycling. All beauty brands’ facial products will be accepted and you will receive a $15.00 Emma Lewisham voucher for your efforts when you ship your waste.
For Emma Lewisham, achieving a meaningful difference means setting a new standard in skincare: proving that luxurious, high performing skincare doesn’t have to come at a trade-off to women’s health or the planet's.
