How it works
TerraCycle Zero Waste Boxes allow you to recycle almost every type of waste. Simply follow the steps below to recycle your waste with us and make a positive impact on our planet.
What happens to the waste?
The collected fabrics are reused, upcycled or recycled as appropriate.
Accepted waste
Footwear including sandals, wedges, peep-toe, sneakers, flats, loafers, oxfords, clogs, boots, heels, wedges and five toe shoes.
Please do NOT...
include in-line skates, ski boots, and other clothing items such as socks. We will also not accept household hazardous waste such as lithium ion batteries, pressurized canisters, pesticides, paint or medical sharps.
Best practices for recycling
In order to recycle this waste stream properly, please make sure all excess product has been removed.
