Garnier to beautify a community with a garden made from recycled beauty packaging

After building a community garden in New York City in summer 2013, Garnier, a subsidiary of L’Oréal, USA, and New Jersey-based TerraCycle, announced plans to donate a community garden made using recycled beauty packaging to one of five candidates across the country.
