Oregon prisoners recycle weird stuff -- including potato chip bags -- for charity

Corrections officials and TerraCycle are expected to announce their collaboration in the coming days.  Oregon's inmates put the plastic bags in prison recycling  receptacles, which are sent to TerraCycle. The company  turns the "trash" into bulk plastics and other goods.
