The Town of Ashland selected TerraCycle’s recycled art concept to anchor the Fall Line Trailhead. Made from plastic and lumber collected through TerraCycle programs, the installation features a monolith, mosaic, reused bike wheels and a bench—all symbolizing community pride and circular design. Slated for completion by October 2025, it will welcome visitors while showcasing local sustainability.

On June 27, 2025, The Kroger Co. of Michigan unveiled a new recycled playground at Ingham Park in Lansing, created using flexible plastic packaging collected through the Kroger® Our Brands Free Recycling Program, a national initiative with TerraCycle®. The playground highlights the program’s growing impact—over 2.8 million pieces of hard-to-recycle packaging like snack bags and frozen food wrappers have been collected since its 2020 launch. These materials are processed by TerraCycle into pellets and repurposed into community products like playgrounds and furniture.
