Bausch + Lomb ONE by ONE Recycling Program accepted waste:

  1. Biotrue® ONEday brand contact lenses and blister packs
  2. Other Bausch + Lomb brand contact lenses and blister packs
  3. Contact lenses and blister packs from all brands

You may collect any brand of waste for this free recycling program.

On this page, you will find an interactive map where you can search for an eye care professional near you to drop off your contact lenses and blister packs. By consolidating collections in the community, we can improve efficiency and reduce the environmental impact of transportation from this program.

Yes, there are collection boxes for the office program. Please reach out to your B+L representative to obtain them. 

No, your shipment can be any size. However, larger shipments are usually more eco-friendly and reduce the environmental impact even further.

No, you do not need to clean the waste before sending it in to TerraCycle. Please note, UPS will not accept dripping packages, so make sure your waste is dry prior to shipping.

There is a locator map available on that allows you to search your area for participating eye care offices.

If you are an eye care professional, we encourage you to go to to sign up for our recycling program. By signing up, you can download free shipping labels to send used contacts and blister packs for recycling. In addition, you will be listed as a drop off location for contact recycling – your office will be added to a locator map on which allows consumers to search their location to find an eye-care office that is collecting contacts and blister packs for recycling.

Consumers will not TerraCycle points through the Bausch + Lomb ONE by ONE Recycling Program. As a thank you for your dedication to Eliminating the Idea of Waste, for every qualifying shipment of 2 pounds or more, a $1/lb donation will be made to Optometry Giving Sight

Optometry Giving Sight is a nonprofit working to prevent blindness and impaired vision for those who do not have access to eye exams and glasses/contacts. For more info, visit:
