Recycling in partnership with Earthborn Holistic®
TerraCycle® and Earthborn Holistic® have partnered to create a free recycling program for Earthborn Holistic®, Venture™, and UNREFINED™ pet food and treat bags as well as a fundraising opportunity for participants.

This program is intended for pet stores only. If you are an individual recycler, please visit the program page for consumers to search for recycling drop-off locations near you.

Best practices for recycling
Collect Earthborn Holistic® plastic pet food packaging in the reusable Earthborn Holistic® collection bin that was provided to you. Then, when you go to ship the collected bags, simply reuse an old cardboard box.
In order to recycle this waste stream properly, please make sure all excess product has been removed (i.e. leftover pet food). Additionally, if you choose to rinse your product, please note that it must be completely dry prior to shipping. You cannot ship dripping packages.
What happens to your recyclables
Once collected, the pet food packaging is shredded and melted into hard plastic that can be remolded to make new recycled products. Click here to learn more about the recycling process.
Rewards
TerraCycle Points
Earthborn® Holistic encourages retail locations to redeem their TerraCycle points towards their local pet charity. If a retail location does not redeem their points, TerraCycle will automatically donate any points you've earned to the ASPCA at the end of every redemption period.
