We encourage you to ship when your box is full to minimize the transportation carbon footprint for this program. Please make sure all shoes are Thousand Fell brand. UPS will not accept dripping packages, so please make sure your items are dry.
Please ensure that excess residue has been removed (e.g., dirt, sand). If you choose to rinse the shoes, please note that they must be completely dry prior to shipping, as UPS will not accept dripping packages.
