How to access your new investor profile

Welcome TerraCycle US, Inc Investors!

Computershare, the largest transfer agent in the world, is our Transfer Agent. It holds the electronic shares of shareholders in more than 50% of Fortune 1000 companies.  Your dividends will be paid through Computershare, which will generate your tax forms (annual 1099s). If you didn’t have a Computershare account before, a free account has been created for you.

How to sign in to Computershare:

  1. If you already have a Computershare account with other holdings (under the same name and Tax ID as your TerraCycle US investment), your TerraCycle US shares have been automatically added. Simply log in www.computershare.com to view them and update records, per below.
     
  2. If you do not have a Computershare account, you will receive access instructions to your email within 90 days of your investment being accepted. Once registered, you can access information about your shares through Investor Center, Computershare’s online and mobile portal.

    To log into your Computershare account, please go to www.computershare.com/investor. You’ll need your Social Security Number or Computershare account number, which will be provided to you in the account access email you receive within 90 days of your investment being accepted.
     
  3. If you need assistance accessing your Computershare account, please call their customer service line at +1 (866) 595-6048 (US) or +1 (781) 575-2798 (non-US), or send an email to web.queries@computershare.com. Virtual agent support is available 24 hours a day, and live agent support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm ET. Only Computershare can help you access your shares, but if you are having problems getting set up, please let us know by emailing invest@ownterracycle.com. We’ll work to get a Computershare expert to contact you.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Dividends will generally be distributed each year in June, following the company’s audited financials being finalized by late April 30th.
  • Dividends cannot be reinvested into shares.
  • Tax information (annual 1099 or 1042 form) will be available in your Computershare account as of late January.
  • TerraCycle US is a private company and does not trade on a public exchange. If you are already an investor and want to sell your shares or buy additional shares, you can visit StartEngine Marketplace, accessible at this link. StartEngine Marketplace is a private exchange with which TerraCycle US, Inc. has no legal relationship. Any transactions are between you, the buyer, and StartEngine Marketplace. The transfer will require your providing instructions to Computershare. Both Computershare and StartEngine Marketplace charge fees for their services.
  • Unless or until TerraCycle US, Inc. lists your shares on a public exchange—or until further notice—there is no official valuation of the shares, other than the net original price you paid for your shares.
  • TerraCycle US Inc. is a C corporation, not a partnership. Accordingly, it does not issue K-1 forms.
