How to access your new investor profile

Welcome TerraCycle US Investors! Please note that TerraCycle US has switched transfer agents from Computershare to DealMaker Transfer Agency (DMTA) and all future investor relations will be conducted through the DMTA landing page. If you are an investor in TerraCycle US, please see below instructions for how to sign into your DMTA account. 

How to sign in

  1. You can establish your account using the personalized link sent to you by noreply@dealmaker.tech. This will take you directly into the platform to create your password and complete your account setup.
  2. If you can not locate this email, click the link below and enter the email address associated with your investment and then select the “Forgot Password?” option.
  3. Access your Dealmaker Transfer Agency (DMTA) TerraCycle US Stockholder account here.
  4. Check your email for a message from DMTA. Follow the prompts in their email to create your password and complete your account setup.

If you are still unable to access your account after these steps, please write to support@dealmaker.global and they will assist you further.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Dividends will generally be distributed to you each year via your DMTA account during the second half of May of each year, following the company’s audited financials being finalized as of April 30th.
  • Dividends cannot be reinvested into shares.
  • Tax information (annual 1099 form) is also available in your DMTA account.
  • If you want to sell your shares, or to buy additional shares, please visit StartEngine Marketplace at this link. Note that Start Engine Marketplace is a private exchange with which TerraCycle US, Inc. has no legal relationship. Any transactions between you and an acquirer of your shares on Start Engine Marketplace is between you, the buyer on the Exchange and the Exchange. The transfer will require your providing instructions to DMTA.
  • Unless or until TerraCycle US, Inc. lists your shares are listed on a public exchange - or until further notice - there is no official valuation of the share, other than the net original price you paid for your shares.
  • TerraCycle US Inc. is a C corporation, does not issue K-1s, and is not a partnership.
