Zero Waste Box™ Brand Ambassador Program: Terms & Conditions

TerraCycle® is a social enterprise Eliminating the Idea of Waste® and we’re looking for recycling enthusiasts to help us spread the word! Zero Waste Box™ is the world's first all-in-one system allowing anyone to recycle everything. 

The goal of the program is to expand our Zero Waste Box™ community to new users. 

TerraCycle will provide brand ambassadors with one small complimentary Zero Waste Box™ and a unique discount code of 20% for first use, first time customers for ambassadors to share with their follower. 

For every 20th use of the unique discount code, the brand ambassador is eligible to receive another complimentary Zero Waste Box™ of their choosing of up to a $199 value USD. 

If selected for our new brand ambassador program, you will agree to the following terms and conditions:

Terms & Conditions

Incentives for brand ambassadors include:

• (1) complimentary small Zero Waste Box™ valued at $199 (USD) with the opportunity to earn additional complimentary boxes of any size based on usage of the discount code provided by TerraCycle. This offer is exclusive to Zero Waste Boxes: Recycling pouches and pallets are not included in the ambassador program.
• (1) discount code for 20% off for first time customers unique to the brand ambassador. 

Briefing materials:

• TerraCycle will provide a FAQ guide via email to help you get started.  

Content deliverables and deadlines:

We ask that our ambassadors get creative with sharing their discount codes in the way that works best for their audience. This could be through email, text message or social media. We request a minimum of (1) tagged post to Instagram stories on a monthly basis & (1) in-feed Instagram post upon receiving the box to participate in the program.

• Include tags to the following accounts:
  @terracycle
  @zerowasteboxes 
• Include your unique discount code provided in your welcome email
• Posts must include the complimentary Zero Waste Box™ provided to the ambassador
• Post must include the hashtag #AD or #Sponsored in either the caption for in-feed posts or on the images itself for stories (Per FTC regulations). 

Approval process:

• Ambassador posts do not need to be reviewed by TerraCycle® prior to posting and should be posted at the discretion of the ambassador following the guidelines listed above. TerraCycle® reserves ther right to remove any tags and request posts be removed if they are not in accordance with our listed guidelines. 

Length of Ambassador program: 

• The discount code will be available for (1) year from the start date of the ambassador program. TerraCycle® reserves the right to revoke the discount code at any time for any reason. 

Usage rights: 

• TerraCycle® reserves the right to repost and use ambassador content at any time on any media platform. 

Exclusivity clause:

• There are no exclusivity requirements with this ambassador program.  

Endorsement Disclosures: 

• Instagram In-Feed posts must include the hashtag #AD or #Sponsored (Per FTC regulations). 
• Instagram stories must include the AD or #AD, Sponsored or #Sponsored (Per FTC regulations) and visible to viewers. 

Cancellation clause: 

• The ambassador discount code will remain active for (1) year from the start date of the ambassador program. TerraCycle® reserves the right to deactivate the code if the terms and conditions of the agreement have not been met at any time.
