About the Opportunity:

TerraCycle’s Global Program Development team works closely with company leaders to develop new initiatives and strengthen revenue generation efforts. It sits at the intersection of all business units to ensure processes, resources, teams, and emerging business units are structured optimally to drive sales. This team also works closely with the Executive team on high-level projects, such as maintaining TerraCycle’s relationship with entities in the circular economy or social entrepreneurship spaces.

The team is looking for a Global Program Development Associate to:

  • Support the Global Program Development department, the Executive team, and the CEO on special projects or new company initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal departments and foreign offices on special projects
  • Create resources for all of TerraCycle’s lines of business and global markets
  • Identify and coordinate strategic meetings and correspondence for the Global Program Development department and the CEO
  • Develop client-specific program presentations and proposals

This is a unique role for a resourceful, driven individual looking for an exceptional opportunity in the sustainability field. It is based in Trenton, NJ, will report to the Global Program Development department, and will work closely with the CEO, Tom Szaky.


  • 4-year college degree mandatory
  • Excellent research, writing and communication skills
  • Ability to comfortably manage numerous projects simultaneously
  • Highly proficient in PowerPoint & Excel
  • An entrepreneurial and intuitive spirit who is excited to identify opportunities and resolve potential challenges
