Need to cancel your Zero Waste Box order?
Customers must contact us for cancellation before the order is shipped. Orders typically ship in 1-2 business days, and we cannot guarantee that your order will be canceled before it ships.
You can request a cancellation by contacting email@example.com or call us at 1(866) 846-7786 from 9am until 5pm EST, Monday to Thursday and 9am until 1pm EST on Friday.
Once an order has shipped, you can request a return/refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned boxes must be shipped back to TerraCycle in the original packaging at the cost of the customer.
Please note, boxes are customized at the time of order. When TerraCycle receives the return, the credit card used during purchase will be refunded, minus the following per box fees:
Recycled Products Refunds/Returns
Recycled products can be returned to TerraCycle for a full refund (less shipping costs) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Items that are opened, damaged or in poor condition may be denied a refund. All refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
For instructions on how to ship your item back to TerraCycle for a refund, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note we are unable to provide a refund if your item is not properly returned according to our instructions.
