Smokers vote with their butts

Smokers are properly disposing of their butts while weighing in on news questions of the day with a new gadget installed in front of a downtown business. Since the Ballot Bin was installed, the area in front of Lonnie’s on Market, a downtown eatery, is considerably cleaner of cigarette butts.
