The retailer announced the launch of the Quo Beauty Cosmetics Free Recycling Program, which through a partnership with TerraCycle, will work towards introducing a solution for customers to recycle their empty beauty components.

Shoppers Drug Mart is partnering with TerraCycle on a free recycling program for its private-label beauty brand.
Part of the Loblaw-owned retail pharmacy chain’s commitment to reduce plastic waste, the program allows customers to recycle empty Quo Beauty cosmetics components.
For each pound of cosmetics waste shipped in through the recycling program, $1 will be donated to Shoppers Foundation for Women's Health.
