Cast vote!

You may vote once per day for the school of your choice. Each vote will count as one (1) Lunch Mate™ Credit for that school. To cast a vote, you may enter the school name, town, or zip code in the field below.

One of the best ways to earn Lunch Mate™  Credits is to generate awareness in your community. If you don’t see the school you’d like to vote for, contact TerraCycle at 416-661-9676 or [email protected]

Please note: A school must be a member of the Schneiders® Lunch Mate™ Recycling Program to be eligible for votes.

To enroll your school into the Schneiders® Lunch Mate™ Recycling Program, please visit the official program page to register (completely for free).

How it works

Lunch Mate™ Credits may be earned by voting and/or recycling used, post-consumer lunch kit waste and packaging through the Schneiders® Lunch Mate™ Recycling Program. A school must be registered in the Schneiders® Lunch Mate™ Recycling Program in order to participate. Each vote will count as one (1) Lunch Mate™ Credit and each unit of lunch kit waste will count as one (1) Lunch Mate™ Credit. A "unit" is defined as 10 grams of used, post-consumer lunch kit waste and packaging.

Schools may submit a photo of their recycling bin or stations to be entered into a sweepstakes for additional TerraCycle bonus points.

If you have never recycled with Schneiders® Lunch Mate

To start recycling for Lunch Mate™ Credits, a school simply needs to sign up for the Schneiders® Lunch Mate™ Recycling Program. Every unit of used, post-consumer lunch kit and packaging waste received between September 1 and November 31 will count as one (1) Lunch Mate™ Credit for that school.

If you have never recycled with Schneiders® Lunch Mate

Ship as much lunch kit waste to TerraCycle as you can. You will earn one (1) Lunch Mate™ Credit for every unit recycled through the Schneiders® Lunch Mate™ Recycling Program. Encourage recycling at your school to increase the number of shipments we receive from you and your school between September 1 and November 31. All shipments received by November 31 will count toward the contest.

And don’t forget — you can earn additional Lunch Mate™ Credits by voting for your school of choice once per day, everyday, at the top of this page.
