We encourage you to ship when your box is full of skincare packaging to minimize the transportation carbon footprint for this programme. UPS will not accept dripping packages, so please make sure your items are dry.
When you are ready to send a parcel, please follow these steps:
Download a free UPS label from your account.
Print your label out.
Place your waste in a sturdy cardboard box that is no bigger than 60 x 60 x 50cm and a maximum weight of 20kg.
Attach your label securely to your parcel, and ensure it is easy to read.
No, you do not need to clean the packaging before dropping it off, but please remove as much of the remaining product as possible before shipping. Public drop-off locations will not accept dripping items, so make sure your items are dry.
Earn TerraCycle points by recycling with us! You can redeem your points in the form of a donation to a school or charity of your choice. Thanks to the recycling efforts of our collectors, we've raised over £33 million pounds globally for schools and charities through our recycling programmes.
Once collected, the skincare packaging are cleaned and separated by material type. The fibers and plastics are recycled into raw formats that manufacturers use to make new products.
