Zero Waste Box™ Discount Codes - Terms and Conditions
1. The ACUVUE® Contact Lens Recycling Programme (“ACUVUE® Programme”) is to recycle contact lenses, blister packs and foil covers only (“Compliant Material”) It is funded by Johnson & Johnson Medical Limited under the name Johnson & Johnson Vision (“Johnson & Johnson Vision”) and operated by TerraCycle UK Limited, a company registered at Herschel House, 58 Herschel Street, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 1HD (“TerraCycle”). The ACUVUE® Programme is open for opticians invited by Johnson & Johnson Vision to participate (“You”).
2. The ACUVUE® Programme is available during 2023 but subject to availability and while stocks last. The ACUVUE® Zero Waste Box TM is available to purchase at £64.17 each (excluding VAT). Available discount codes can be applied to the ACUVUE® Zero Waste Box TM, subject to availability and while stock lasts.
3. If You have been provided with a discount code, You must go to the e-shop https://shop.terracycle.com/en-GB and redeem in the following manner:
- Log in (always log in to order a box)
- Search for the ACUVUE® Contact Lens Recycling Programme – Zero Waste Box page
- Order one box (only one at a time) and enter the customer discount code (received by email). This discount code will be bespoke.
4. Discount codes can only be used once per transaction, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, they remain the property of TerraCycle, they are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative.
5. TerraCycle and/or Johnson & Johnson Vision reserve the right to withdraw and refuse or restrict discount codes on any order at any time and may remove You from the ACUVUE® Programme if TerraCycle consider, in its sole discretion, that You are in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6. You agree to only provide Compliant Material and will ensure each Zero Waste Box TM is not returned until it is full. To return your Zero Waste Box TM just seal it and contact UPS on 0345 787 7877 quoting the tracking number from the shipping prepaid shipping label that is fixed to the back of the box (starts with 1Z). Further information on how to return a box can be located here.
7. By taking part in the ACUVUE® Programme, You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions which are supplemented by the TerraCycle Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
8. TerraCycle and Johnson & Johnson Vision shall not (a) be liable to You for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the ACUVUE® Programme or any failure or inability by You to take advantage of a discount code for any reason; and (b) refund any purchases made (with or without a discount code) that have not been made through this ACUVUE® Programme and subject to these Terms & Conditions.

10. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
11. TerraCycle and Johnson & Johnson Vision reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
