ShopRite & TerraCycle Build Dog Park Gear from Recycled Packaging

A pilot program between ShopRite and TerraCycle collected more than 4.6 tons of flexible packaging such as chip bags and pet food pouches and transformed it into colorful play equipment now installed at Essex County’s South Mountain Reservation Dog Park in West Orange, NJ. This project shows how recycling hard to recycle materials can create lasting community benefits.
