How it works

We’ve made getting started with the Babybel Free Recycling Program easy! Simply request a QR code or shipping label with FedEx, or download a shipping label via UPS to send your Babybel packaging for free to TerraCycle, and we’ll recycle it. Enrollment limits may apply. If the program is full, you will be added to a waitlist.

Collect

Create a TerraCycle account and join this program. Then, reuse any box you have to start collecting your Babybel packaging.

Request a shipping label

When your box is full, sign in to your TerraCycle account and request a QR code or shipping label with FedEx, or download a shipping label via UPS.

Ship

Seal your box, remove old labels, and your chosen shipping carrier will send it to us to be recycled.

Send in all Babybel product packaging, such as cellophane, tag, net, metal clasps, wax, plastic wrappers and pouches

Yes, this free recycling program is brand-specific, which means you can only recycle the packaging of this particular brand.

Babybel has sponsored this free recycling program, so there is no direct cost to you.

We encourage you to ship when your box is full of Babybel packaging to minimize the transportation carbon footprint for this program. Shipping carriers will not accept dripping packages, so please make sure your items are dry. Your box shouldn’t be heavier than 50 lbs or larger than 18x18x18".

No, you do not need to clean the packaging before dropping it off, but please remove as much of the remaining product as possible before shipping.

Earn TerraCycle Recycling Rewards points by recycling with us! You can redeem your points in the form of a donation to a school, charity, or nonprofit of your choice.
