We encourage you to ship when your box is full of Don Francisco’s^® Coffee bags and pods, Café La Llave^® espresso coffee pods, and José's^® Gourmet Coffee product packaging to minimize the transportation carbon footprint for this program. FedEx will not accept dripping packages, so please make sure your items are dry. Your box shouldn’t be heavier than 50 lbs or larger than 18x18x18".

No, you do not need to clean the packaging before dropping it off, but please remove as much of the remaining product as possible before shipping.

To earn TerraCycle points, your shipment must weigh at least 7 pounds. Each individual shipment must meet the minimum weight requirement in order to be eligible for TerraCycle points.

If your shipment does not meet the weight minimum, you can still send it in for recycling, but you will not earn points.
