We encourage you to ship when your box is full of skin and body care packaging to minimize the transportation carbon footprint for this program. Shipping carriers will not accept dripping packages, so please make sure your items are dry. Your box shouldn’t be heavier than 50 lbs or larger than 18x18x18".
No, you do not need to clean the packaging before dropping it off, but please remove as much of the remaining product as possible before shipping.

Please note: Multiple underweight shipments will not add up to reach the 3 pound minimum. Each individual shipment must weigh at least 3 pounds to receive TerraCycle points. If your shipment does not meet the weight minimum, you can still send it in for recycling, but you will not earn points.
