SodaStream® is closing its free recycling program on June 14, 2026. Please download your free shipping label by this date and send your shipment as soon as possible. To continue recycling SodaStream® sparkling water makers, please consider our convenient All-In-One - Zero Waste Box™.

We’ve made getting started with the SodaStream^® Free Recycling Program easy! Simply request a QR code or shipping label with FedEx, or download a shipping label via UPS to send your SodaStream® sparkling water makers to TerraCycle, and we’ll recycle them. This program accepts only and all SodaStream^® sparkling water makers. Enrollment limits may apply. If the program is full, you will be added to a waitlist.

Collect

Create a TerraCycle account and join this program. Then reuse any box you have to start collecting your SodaStream^® sparkling water makers.

Request a shipping label

When your box is full, sign in to your TerraCycle account and request a QR code or shipping label with FedEx, or download a shipping label via UPS.

Ship

Seal your box, remove old labels, and your chosen shipping carrier will send it to us to be recycled.

Yes, this free recycling program is brand-specific, which means you can only recycle the packaging of this particular brand.

SodaStream has sponsored this free recycling program, so there is no direct cost to you.

We encourage you to ship when your box is full of SodaStream^® sparkling water machines to minimize the transportation carbon footprint for this program. Shipping carriers will not accept dripping packages, so please make sure your items are dry. Your box shouldn’t be heavier than 50 lbs or larger than 18x18x18"

SodaStream cylinders or bottles are not accepted in this program. This program accepts only and all SodaStream^® sparkling water makers.

No, you do not need to clean the packaging before dropping it off.
