We’ve made getting started with the Gillette Razor Free Recycling Program easy! Simply download a free shipping label to ship your used razors and their packaging to TerraCycle, and we’ll recycle them.

Due to the hazardous nature of these items, it is required that all packages shipped through this program adhere to the following regulations:
No, you do not need to clean the packaging before dropping it off for recycling, but please ensure items are as dry as possible before shipping or dropping it off at a Community Collection Hub. Australia Post and Hubs will not accept dripping items, so please make sure your items are dry.
We encourage you to ship once you've collected a few months worth of razor rubbish to minimise the footprint of this program. Australia Post will not accept packages weighing over 20kg or dripping packages, so please make sure your items are dry.

Once collected, the razor blades and their packaging are broken down and separated by material. Plastics are cleaned and pelletised to be recycled into new products, and metal materials are sent for smelting and conversion to new alloys.
