Beetles Loves Earth Free Recycling Program

We’ve made getting started with the Beetles Loves Earth Free Recycling Program easy! Request a FedEx QR code, FedEx shipping label, or UPS shipping label to send your empty, dry nail polish and gel nail polish bottles and caps to TerraCycle, and we’ll recycle them for free. Click here for more information on how to prepare your shipment for recycling.

We’re all about making it as simple as possible for you to recycle hard-to-recycle items. 

BEFORE DROPPING OFF OR SHIPPING: It’s essential that the nail polish bottles you plan on dropping off or shipping in for recycling are empty and dry, and gel polish bottles are cured. Please follow these instructions closely before sending us your nail empties:

For gel nail polish:

1. Use as much product as possible before recycling.
2. If there is remaining gel, pour the residue into a shallow disposable container in a well-ventilated area and let both the bottle and gel residue cure under sunlight or a UV/LED lamp. 
3. Once fully cured, keep the glass bottle and plastic cap separate and send them for recycling. The cured excess gel can be discarded as regular household waste in your garbage can.

For air-dry nail polish:

1. Use as much product as possible before recycling.
2. If there is remaining nail polish, pour the residue into a shallow, open, disposable container in a well-ventilated area and let both the bottle and residue air dry completely.
3. Once dry, keep the glass bottle and plastic cap separate and send them in for recycling. The dry excess residue can be discarded as regular household waste in your garbage can.

IMPORTANT: Please do not pour liquid nail polish directly into the trash or sink to avoid environmental pollution. Cured gel and dry nail polish can be discarded as regular household waste.
